What is a rivet nut insert?
We are one of the leading rivet nut manufacturers in India and we produce them in different dimensions and types. Parmanu Dhatu Nigam can supply rivet nuts in different grades such as 4,8,10, AISI2, 5 and 8. The stainless steel rivet nut made of different stainless steel material can vary in length from 6mm to 500mm and in size from ¼ inches to 4 inches or M2 through M60. The standards vary as DIN934, DIN439, DIN 936 and so on.
Stainless steel rivet nut grades and sizes
The material used for the making also differs as 304, 201, 316, 303, 904 and so on. The 304 stainless steel threaded rivet nut inserts can be anchored from one side due to the single piece insert with thread. The rivet nuts are also counter-bored so that it becomes easy to anchor from one side.The most applications are because of the ability of rivets to hold heavy loads onto lighter, thinner and softer platforms.

They are used in tubes, extrusions, housings, panels and in castings.
