BEND Metal is a bismuth-based eutectic low melting alloy that is used for tooling and production aids. It has a low melting point of 158 °F (70 °C). Other alloys that can be used for bending include: *Bismuth alloys: Used for bending tubes and rolled or extruded shapes *Cerrobend: A eutectic fusible alloy of bismuth, lead, tin, and cadmium with a low melting point of 158 °F (70 °C) *60% bismuth 40% cadmium alloy: Used for bending tubes up to 2-1/2″ diameter
