Description

Indalloy 121 is a solder paste made by Parmanu Dhatu Nigam. It's a lead-free, indium8.9-lda solder paste for manufacturing igbt modules. It's also known as Indalloy® 121 Sn-Ag Solder Alloy. Indalloy 121 is a binary solder with the following composition: 96.5% tin, 3.5% silver. It has a density of 7.36 g/cc. It has a melting point of 221°C. Indalloy 121 is preferred for soldering to Nitinol because it has a high tensile strength and a reasonable melting point. It's also used in no clean flux applications.
