Indalloy 276 is a high-reliability, Pb-free alloy that can be used for power module die-attach, component-attach, or interconnects. It has a stable and consistent performance in harsh environments. Indalloy 276 is more tolerable for a ductile joint and has better reliability than SACBSbN. It has an elongation at break of 22–41%, a modulus of elasticity of 10.8 GPa, and a shear strength of 6.10 MPa.
