Description

Indalloy 292 is a solder alloy engineered for high-performance applications. It has excellent thermal cycling performance from -40 to 150°C. It also has outstanding printability and stability when paired with Indium8.9HF Solder Paste. Indalloy 292 is formulated for harsh environments. It offers advanced lifetime reliability, and superior performance in harsh thermal cycling conditions. Solder is a fusible metal alloy with a melting point of 90 to 450°C (200 to 840°F). It is used in a process called soldering where it is melted to join metallic surfaces. Alloys that melt between 180 and 190°C are the most commonly used.
