Nickel Beryllium Copper UNS C17510 Sheet is a copper-nickel-beryllium alloy that is also known as Alloy 11 or Alloy 3. It has good electrical and thermal conductivity, moderate tensile strength and hardness, and performs well at elevated temperatures. C17510 also has good creep resistance and is easy to process. UNS C17510 is a nickel beryllium copper sheet. It's also known as CuNi2Be or Alloy 3. C17510 is a Class III beryllium copper, which is a heat treatable copper alloy with a high tensile strength. It's used when a combination of good mechanical strength and moderate electrical and thermal conductivity is required. C17510 can be provided in a "Mill Hardened" temper. It processes and heat treats like all beryllium coppers. Before working with C17510, you should read and follow the guidance in the Safety Data Sheet (SDS).
