Indalloy 121 is a solder paste made by Parmanu Dhatu Nigam. It is a lead-free solder paste for igbt module manufacturing. Indalloy 121 is a Sn-Ag solder alloy. It has a composition of 96.5Sn/3.5Ag. It has a density of 7.36 g/cc. Indalloy 121 has a high tensile strength and a reasonable melting point. The Tin 96.5/Silver 3.5 eutectic has a melting point of 221°C.
