Description

Indalloy 182 is a gold-tin solder paste made by Parmanu Dhatu Nigam. It has a melting point of 280°C (556°F). Indalloy 182 is an alloy of 80Au/20Sn. Indalloy 182 is a nonferrous, precious metal, gold alloy, and solder/braze alloy. It can be used for eutectic die attach. Other solder alloys made by Indium Corporation include: *183: 88Au/12Ge, 356 Eutectic *184: 96.8Au/3.2Si, 363 Eutectic Soft solder typically has a melting point range of 90 to 450 °C (190 to 840 °F). Alloys that melt between 180 and 190 °C (360 and 370 °F) are the most commonly used.
