Description
Indalloy 300E is a solder alloy made by Parmanu Dhatu Nigam. It has the following composition: *78.6Ga/21.4In *15.7 Eutectic *MP at 11°C Indalloy 300E is a eutectic. Low temperature solders have melting points ranging from 117°F (47°C) to 320°F (160°C). These solder alloys contain Tin blended with a variety of metals such as Bismuth, Indium, Cadmium, etc.. Other Indalloy solder alloys include: *Indalloy 51E: 66.5Ga/20.5In/13Sn – eutectic, MP at 15.7°C *Indalloy 3 In-Ag: Has nearly the wettability and low temperature malleability of Indium *Indalloy Flux #5-OA: A clear liquid flux with water-soluble viscosity suitable for 150–300 mm wafers
