Roto212F is a low-melting point alloy that contains 39.4% bismuth, 30.8% tin, and 29.8% lead. It melts at 212° F. Roto212F is a fusible, bismuth-based alloy ingot that's sold by the ingot. An ingot weighs about 1 pound. Low-melting alloys are also known as cerro metal alloys. They're made from a mixture of bismuth, lead, tin, cadmium, and/or indium. They expand only about 3.3% of their volume when changing from liquid to solid form. This makes them ideal for many industrial applications.
